• Professional Escrow Services, Inc., specializing in full-service escrow closings and note servicing.

• Trustee Services of Alaska, Inc., acting as Trustee for Deeds of Trust and Foreclosure Administration.

The principals of Integrated Title Agency, LLC., have a combined 60+ years of customer service experience. Our business focus is to provide a level of personal service that enhances the relationship between our companies, our clients and their customers. While we employ proprietary software systems to streamline our business, we realize that it is the personal contact between ourselves and our clients that forges the foundation of customer retention. We have designed our computer systems and trained our staff to provide for this level of personal contact.
